I totally loved how she wrote this.
That’s me signing out until next week!
I HAD NO FAITH
Faith characterises the Christian journey (at least it should) and there is no other way to please God other than through faith as Hebrew 11:6 highlights. So when I tell you that my faith reached its lowest point this year, I’m saying that I wasn’t pleasing God neither was I living out my Christianity. Anxiety much like a raging storm, was throwing my confidence around, slamming me against every wall and laughing at me when I was down. Everyday, fear would beat me down but my wounds were internal making it easier to wear a smile, attend church services and engage in everyday life. However when no one was around, anxiety like a raging storm would fling me around and break me. I was broken and yet I was still placing pressure on myself to fulfil tasks that I had set myself. I was no longer running on faith but on desperation, something I had never experienced before. I was working on overload, chasing after things, needing validation – this is what I told myself; forgetting that faith (in Christ Jesus) is the only thing that validates. I did not even possess the faith of a mustard seed to move mountains. I could barely move pebbles.
I WAS NOT PLEASING GOD
I couldn’t even please myself, let alone God. Life was giving me lemons and I was still drinking water because my focus had shift but then something changed. Eureka moments are something to cherish and I am so grateful for mine. I cannot remember exactly when that light bulb turned on in my mind but I know that Matthew 6:25-34 became my saving grace.
DO NOT WORRY
25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[a]?
28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
I read that passage almost everyday now as I remember that God cares about my needs but at the time I was behaving like one who didn’t know God. I believed in God but did not believe in his power and because hindsight is a beautiful thing I can now say that losing my faith to fear was not worth it. Fear is the antithesis of faith and where faith morphs you into a warrior, fear cripples you until you become a victim of your own thoughts. Faith is perfect because it frees your mind.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” – Matthew 11:30
There is no need to worry about tomorrow “for tomorrow will worry about itself.” Faith is like that chauffeur that carries you around and tells you to relax (but keep your seatbelt on) as he navigates. You don’t know where he is going (because he likes to surprise you) but you know you will get there and it will be wonderful.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. – Jeremiah 29:11
Christianity is not a crystal ball that you shake and then find out what your life will look like in five years, if that were the case then we would not have to be dependent on God and it would make sense to lean on our own understanding. If that were the case then Phillippians 4:13 would have no relevance, however God remains relevant and FAITHFUL.
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” – Phillippians 4:13
I once compared faith to insanity (you are probably thinking did this girl really just write this) and I stand by the comparison because it is unnatural to believe in things that we do not see, it goes against our rational thinking. However, God is supernatural and defies our thinking. We do not have to know the whys and the hows but we need to exhibit a faith similar to the centurion, the leper, the paralysed man and the woman with the haemorrhage.
Faith moves mountains. Fear shatters confidence.
Love Cris x
Faith is peace.
“…fear cripples you until you become a victim of your own thoughts. Faith is perfect because it frees your mind”. *clicks fingers*
Having faith as small a mustard seed can indeed move mountains. It can open doors, give you access to unaccountable blessings and promises from God as well as give you that free mind (peace). Faith is an important thing to have when considering our relationship with Christ, especially when we talk about forgiveness of sins and how He died on the cross. It is actually a topic that needs to be looked at in depth and a single post won’t do it all. So keep on the look out for more testimonies and the Word for more understanding about faith.
In the meantime I am going to leave you with some beautiful verses and inspirational quotes about faith.
“Above all taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked”
1 Corinthians 16:13
“Be watchful, stand firm in faith, act like men, and be strong”.
“Faith is like Wi-Fi, it’s invisible but it has the power to connect you to what you need.”
“Faith sees the invisible, believes the unbelieveable, an receives the impossible”. – Corrie Ten Boom
“Faith expects from God what is beyond expectation” – Andrew Murray

Shiloh 2014 Testimony by Mr & Mrs Princewill
Heard an astonishing testimony yesterday.
A woman in Nigeria was told that she would not be able to hold a child in her womb for more than a month.
Since 2008, she has been waiting to get pregnant.
The year last year was themed “Double Portion” and Bishop David Oyedepo prophesied that “you will receive more than your double portion before Shiloh 2014
After the couple keyed into the Word, read several books including “You Shall Not Be Barren – David O. Oyedepo) – the lady took in.
Ladies and gents…I was confused when I saw this…the lady…not only got pregnant but had QUADRUPLETS!
Are you ready for for a divine visitation? Remember; The preparations of the heart belong to man,
But the answer of the tongue is from the Lord.
Times are as follows: 7am – 7pm daily.
You don’t want to miss it for anything!

Testimonies From Past Shiloh
Healed from Six Year Paralysis – Christelle A
I am a Cameroonian, but I live in the USA. Six years ago, I was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer and went through major surgeries, one of which was an abdominal surgery. Later, it degenerated to appendicitis and subsequently, a kidney problem. Since then, I went from one hospital to another, but to no avail. At a point, I became very weak and could not walk. Therefore a wheelchair was recommended. Meanwhile, my mother had to quit her job to cater for me because I couldn’t do anything on my own. In a bid of lasting solution, my family and I came to Nigeria for Shiloh 2013 to have an encounter with the God of Bishop Oyedepo. During one of the night sessions, as the Bishop ministered, I felt a strange power and discovered that I could move my legs. Suddenly, I got off the wheelchair and I was made perfectly whole! I give glory to God. My father “can see clearly now” – Sanjo D My father suffered a partial stroke in 2011 which resulted in partial blindness (he couldn’t see with one eye). He attended Shiloh 2013 in Nigeria and called me the third day of Shiloh and he said, “Sanjo, I didn’t know this church is so big, I can now see the end of the church” Praise God!
Triplets After 20 Years of Waiting
“My husband and I got married 20 years ago as Christians. Since then, we had been believing Go for the fruit of the womb. We went to hospitals to find out what was wrong, and for treatment. After running so many tests the results showed that there was nothing wrog with my husband or me.
The doctors, who could not locate the cause of our barrenness, were all confused. My husband and I did not allow that to worry us, because we have a God that can do all things!
In 2007, my husband and I came to Cannan Land for Shiloh. We came with high expectations. During the service, I made a vow unton God that if should give us the fruit of the womb, we would come back to Cannan Land to give Him the glory.
In November 2010, I got pregnant for the first time in my life! All through the pregnancy period, God’s protective am was upon me and the triplets in the womb. I June 2011, I was delievered of the three triplets – two boys and a girl. We thank God for visiting us in a very strange way!”
Okay, so these testifiers went to Canaan land and then received their miracles. You do not have to go to Nigeria to receive your testimony, your miracle – there are so many more testimonies that people got from watching it online or going to Dartford. Come expected with faith and in Jesus name you will receive your own. See you there, and God bless.

“My testimony is in the words Christ gave me since birth
Transforming my negative mentality into power to exalt His Divinity
And give words worth
I was once trapped in the confines of what I lacked
And really, depressed by my past pretty bad
Sudden heart attack took away my precious dad
And I harbored hatred for a God who would do something like that
I know He is sovereign and can give and snatch
But why take something so precious from a family so fast
Age 5 I cried
And days passing wished it was me, not dad, who died
I cried until I reached almost age 21
When I will was filled with the Spirit of the Omnipotent One
Who became my Father
He made the void of my past feel like it never started
Retarded my tears with His overwhelming love
I feel His Spirit at times like a tangible hug
I freely receive
And now I bleed different words on the page when I write
That life becomes more when you walk it out with Christ”

D’s Word of encouragement: Your mourning, your suffering, your sorrow…is only temporary. It has already been declared that the
present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
– Romans 8:18
One thing about your sorrow is that God doesn’t just make them disappear, in actual fact, He transforms them into joy. Transforms your mourning into dancing. He takes your failures and turns them into success. Remember what he said in Romans 8:28:
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God…
This certainly does not mean that all that happens to us is good…no way! Evil is prevalent in our fallen world today but our great God is ABLE, able to turn EVERY circumstance around for our good in the long run…
…to those who love God, those who trust God, not life treasures, they look for security in heaven, not on earth, they learn to accept, not resent pain and persecution because God is with them.
Your sorrow…is only temporary.

And now a testimony from a featuring blogger Lisette Defoe from Michigan, USA, praise Jesus!
Last year my daughter and I went out of town. When in a new city, you don’t know the roads like the locals do. I especially tend to get nervous when turning to a one way street at night, going against traffic for example.
This one time it was during the day and we were leaving the shopping center. I needed to turn right onto the busy road. I somehow assumed there was a hard shoulder between parking lot and the flow of the coming traffic, however there was none. My plan was to pull a bit further out before a complete stop to have a clear view of the oncoming traffic. Well, my car came to full stop before I meant to, I have to say supernaturally, as within seconds a car passed in front of us going at about 40-50 MPH. I just sat there baffled realizing that I would have been in its path and it would have hit my side of the car at that speed. I believe the Holy Spirit stopped my car when I actually planned to pull out a bit more thinking that there was a hard shoulder. I just want to say thank you Jesus for considering my daughter’s and my life precious in Your eyes.

God’s Shield of Protection (Psalm 91)
Psalm 91 is a section of the Bible that displays God’s promises on protection; it covers all kinds of protection, from the fear of terror (Psalm 91:5) to plagues coming near your family (Psalm 91:10)
This testimony in particular lead me to the scripture Psalm 91:11-12
For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
It is actually a unique promise as it involves an additional dimension of our protection.
The words that I am giving you with this testimony today are not only words of encouragement; it is also words of awareness and maybe a reminder to someone out there. From the time we came out of our mother’s womb to now doing our everyday tasks in life, we need to realize that we have been spared from numerous unseen, spiritual battles all because of the intervention of God’s angels on our behalf. Lord have mercy, we need to thank Him.
Any time you feel alone and feel that you are in harm’s way, know that there are heavenly bodyguards, the angels are already there protecting you. I read in one book before, “there are more heavenly bodyguards fighting for you than against you”, and these are the bodyguards getting instructions from God, rendering service to those who will inherit salvation. These are the heavenly bodyguards who are…
mighty in strength…obeying the voice of His Word.
– Psalm 103:20
Let’s just take a breather and think.
And this is just one of many promises, written in one of many chapters, written in one of many books in the Bible. The question is. Do YOU believe?
You might be thinking how can I gain access to this promise in my life? The answer is faith. Faith is what releases this promise to work on our behalf.
If you have been touched by the testimony and would like to share yours with us, email email@example.com
My name is Segun Ajala and I would like to appreciate God for what he has been doing and what he will still do in my life and my home, “Luke 8:39 – Return to thine own house, and shew how great things God hath done unto thee. And he went his way, and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done unto him” I will give two testimonies to the glory of God and to encourage someone reading this!
I was aiming to travel from Lagos to Ibadan in Nigeria but realised when I got to the bus park I was the last passenger to board. I was so happy a space was reserved for me so I decided to wait outside the bus to relax and get some money until it was ready to set off. To my surprise one woman just came and jumped into the bus in a rush. I was trying to explain to her that the bus is full and I am just waiting to pay while the conductor dealt with another passenger. At that point I just heard the Holy Spirit telling me leave her and join another bus. At first I was reluctant to obey and tried to claim my right but the voice ministered again and I obeyed! Half an hour into the drive we got to a toll gate along the Lagos-Ibadan express road and I saw the original bus that I was supposed to get on tumble leaving all the passengers dead. As I shook in shock it dawned on me that it could have been me laying there.
I want to tell you that is good to obey the Holy Spirit. It is not ALL things you need to need fight for even when you are in the right. Let God speak to you and weigh your actions before doing it, God is still in the business of protecting his own children!
I will like to give this second testimony to encourage anyone that has lost hope or has been heartbroken. You will find that person who will value you for YOU!
There was a lady I was introduced to through my female friend and we got on well and later I asked her out. She said no, but I kept trying my best to follow her up and buy things as you sometimes do! There was a time she was out of the country so I sent her an email about my feelings towards her but she replied back with abusive language. My female friend who introduced me to her confirmed to me that her reason for saying no was because she thought I was a ‘nobody’ and not at ‘her level’. OUCH!
A while after I got a visa to travel abroad for a program and after one year eight months I changed my location on Face book and immediately got an inbox message from her. Her questions where ‘who sponsored you abroad? Which school did you say you attend? What course are you doing?’ I sent her all the answers seeing she appeared to have a difference in attitude. However, what I didn’t mention is that her attitude shift was a little too late because it came a month and some days to one of my best days on earth (read on to find out)!
She came to the country I was schooling in and sent me an inbox message and we eventually met up for lunch and chilled. I gave her a copy of my first book I have written and she asked me if am in a relationship. I said I was and asked her the same question but she responded ‘it’s a long story’ (which translates to NO).
As at this time it was one month and some days to my wedding and I brought out the wedding invitation to invite her. She congratulated me and asked me for my wife’s picture, I of course didn’t hesitate to show her my beautiful angel.
So as you can see after a rejection and period of waiting God connected me with my own beautiful wife and that values God in my life. To all singles that may think nothing can come out of life or you can’t get married because someone said no or experience of your past relationships please be encouraged! God is still in the business of giving the best to his children. God sees the future when no one does. There is your own best match God created for you. Just wait upon the Lord and he will connect you and have a godly standard.
Conclusion, I want to appreciate Dami for giving me this opportunity to share my testimony with everyone. I hope it blesses you.

I do hope this week has been blessed so far and has been filled with good news and testimonies. If you feel otherwise, please always remember that the position you are in now is someone else’s’ prayer point. So be thankful and give him praise in every situation you find yourself in. As you do this, may the Lord reward you and give you a story to tell someone before the end of the year, in Jesus name.
And now the purpose of this post. Instead of posting a testimony this week, I have decided to do a quick survey to get some feedback and suggestions from you so that this Testimony blog can fit your needs and be of good use to you for when you come to read, listen, and watch. To help me achieve this, please answer the few questions below; please make use of the comment section to elaborate on your answers.
Thank you and God Bless.
“Come here and listen, let me tell you what God has done for me” – Psalm 66:16 (NKJ)
I joined Winners Chapel in 2014 through the invitation of a Zonal Pastor. I was pregnant for three years and had been to several churches and offered several sacrifices to idols for a solution but all to no avail. I sold my belongings and spent all I had in futility; my husband also died in a motor accident during this time. I met a zonal minister during the district outreach who invited me for midweek service which was feet washing service. I refused because there was no connection between my feet and my pregnancy and said what I needed was for my tummy to be washed. The Pastor said if my feet were washed, then my whole body would be cleansed. My neighbours discouraged me about attending but I still went. During the service, Bishop Oyedepo told us to ask God what we wanted in that service and I told God I wanted to deliver my baby after the service. Immediately, I started feeling strange pains and my baby changed position. I gave birth without any operation. I give God all the glory.
Evening everybody! Nine days into October. I hope is isn’t too late to wish everyone a Happy New Month. As we draw closer to the end of the year, may the Lord continue to protect you, may he give you guidance and may He answer your year 2014 prayer points with speed. May He also perfect and cover every testimony that you have encoutered in Jesus name.
Secondly, Adenike’s testimony! Wow… the power of feet washing!

In the meantime here are a couple more testimonies (focusing on miracle jobs) featuring my Winners Chapel’s family, where testimonies literally flood in.
As you read these testimonies may you be blessed and receive your own.
Multiple Job Offers – Bro T. O
During the miracle job banquet service in April this year, as Pastor David was ministering, I caught a light from the Word of GOD – Matt 4:17-18 and Matt 20:1-9. Pastor David said that as children of GOD we are to be head hunted! I concluded that I will never struggle to get a job again.
My project was concluding in the month of May meaning that my contract will end. The Holy Spirit inspired me to contact the agencies I had used in the past. Using my internal work e-mail, I explained to them that my project was coming to an end; hence I will be available for employment. I got a response from one of them that I should come for an informal interview once my contract has ended. I went in but I was told that the consultants had not seen my CV that I would be contacted. I started thanking GOD not disappointed. On my way home in the train, I got a call less that 10 minutes from the same agency that I should come back as they have a role for me. I was offer 2 roles immediately and that same week I got offers for 3 jobs! I give GOD the praise.
The Angels Went Before Me – Carly A.
I want to give this testimony to the glory of the Lord. I broke my arm well over a year ago, and because of that I lost my job three weeks ago as I was told I couldn’t do my job properly. I came to the Miracle Job Banquet Service two weeks ago and Pastor David said “command the angels to go before you and when you get a job interview that is what they would only see.” I did just that and went for an interview and to the glory of God that was what happened. I got there and they sat me down. The lady said to me: “Before we even start, I just want to let you know Carly that you have got the job.” Hallelujah!
